All parents of the students of Class X (Session 2026-2027) are cordially invited to an Orientation Session, which will be held at the Vidya Mandir Auditorium on Saturday, 11th April, 2026 at 11:00 am.

●    Parents are requested to register and be seated by 10:30 a.m.
●    Kindly enter through the Main Gate of the Vidya Mandir Auditorium.
●    The programme is likely to end by 12:30p.m.
●    The students are to come in school uniform along with the parents.

Kindly note on account of repair work Gate No. 1 will be closed from tomorrow till the work is completed.

All students are to use Gate No. 3 and Gate No. 6 (Prayer Hall Gate) for entry and exit purpose.

Dear Parents,

Greetings from Birla High School.
As we begin the new academic year on Wednesday, 1st April 2026 for classes Lower KG to V and Thursday, 2nd April 2026 for Nursery, I request all parents to make note of the following:

•Students are not allowed to enter the school premises before 7:30 a.m. However, if it is unavoidable, you are requested to inform the Headmistress and the class teacher about the same.

•Clubs, Cub Classes for classes III to V and ABL classes for classes I & II will remain suspended till further notice.

•Entry and dispersal timings to be followed by classes Nursery to V on all days are as follows.

• Please note that dispersal will be held strictly against the Escort Card on all days.

IDENTITY & ESCORT CARD EXCHANGE - SESSION 2026-27
CLASSES II-V

Dear Parents,

We would like to inform you that your ward’s Identity Card and Escort Card for the session 2026-27 will be handed over to you on Tuesday, 31st March 2026, between 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
Kindly note the following details regarding the same:
• Entry and Exit for parents will be from Gate No. 6 (Prayer Hall Gate).
• The exchange will take place from the Prayer Hall for classes II to V.
• It is mandatory to submit your ward’s old Identity Card and Escort Card (session 2025-26) to the class teacher at the time of exchange.
• In the case of new admissions for the session 2026–27, Escort and Identity Cards will be issued at a later date. The schedule for distribution will be communicated in due course. Until then, students are required to use the temporary white Escort and Identity Cards.
• Kindly carry a pen to sign the acknowledgement sheet.
• No Identity Card or Escort Card will be handed over to carpool vendors or any other relative.

PLAYGROUP TO CLASS II (2026 -2027)

Dear Parents,

Greetings from Birla High School!
As we approach the end of the academic session, we would like to share some important information and updates with you.

*  Students of Nursery to II have received their Medical Cards and Transport Facility sheet for the session 2026-2027 today. 

* Playgroup students have received the Know My Child form today.

 Stationery submission will be for classes Playgroup to Class II for the session 2026-2027 on Wednesday, 25th March 2026 between 9:00 am to 12:00 noon.

Either parent is required to visit the school for the submission of books and stationery as listed in the booklist and instructions shared by the Class Teacher.

Entry: Gate No. 1 and Exit: Gate No. 6 (Prayer Hall gate).

*  On the day of the Stationery Submission you will be required to submit the following to your ward’s class teacher for the    new academic session:

- A copy of the medical card (2025-26)
- Duly filled Transport Facility Sheet (2026-27)
- Know My Child Form (Playgroup students promoted to Nursery in 2026-27)
- Two recent passport-size photographs of your son wearing his school uniform [CLASSES PLAYGROUP TO UKG (2025-2026)]

Please ensure that his name is clearly written on the reverse side of the photograph.

A class WhatsApp group will be created by your ward's class teacher for the academic session 2026 prior to the Stationery Submission day, where class-wise instructions will be shared in detail.

We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to a successful academic year.

Dear Parents,

• The Holistic Progress Cards for the Second Term of your ward for the session 2025-26 can be viewed online on www.vmscampuscare.in on Friday, 20th March, 2026 from 11 a.m. Parents are to use their Campus Care parent ID to view the same. The parent ID would be the same even if parents have another ward in the Junior / Senior or Girls’ Section.
• Please note that if you have misplaced the Campus Care parent ID/password, you need to send a mail to the Headmistress immediately to retrieve it.
• You are advised to view the progress cards using a laptop/ desktop for an optimum view.

Steps to be followed to view the online progress card: -

Step I -    Log on to www. vmscampuscare.in

Step II -    Type parent Campus Care ID

Step III-    Type the relevant password.

Step IV - Click on the Box where the name of your ward appears. Select the name

Step V-    Click on the ‘Academics’ Tab.

Step VI-    Click on the ‘Evaluation’ Tab on the left-hand side.

Step VII-    Click on ‘View’
