Dear Parent,

In alignment with the NEP 2020 guidelines, Birla High School has introduced the Holistic Progress Card from the session 2024-2025. This progress card offers a 360-degree, multidimensional view of each learner’s cognitive, affective, and psychomotor development. The inclusion of parent and student feedback will enhance collaboration and communication, providing a more comprehensive understanding of the student’s progress and fostering active parental engagement in their child’s education.

I request parents to note the steps mentioned below to fill up the Parent Feedback through Campus Care:

Parent Feedback:

  • Log in to the Campus Care portal using the parent’s Campuscare ID.
  • Select the child who is in Classes III-V.
  • Click on “Parent Feedback”
  • A page opens up to the right. Please select ‘ANNUAL’ from the dropdown list.
  • Under ‘ANNUAL’ there are the following 2 subtabs to fill up as follows:   

        * PARENT’S FEEDBACK_HPC
        * MY CHILD NEEDS SUPPORT WITH_HPCPARENT’S FEEDBACK_HPC

  • Click on PARENT’S FEEDBACK_HPC      
  • Select the appropriate remark against the given parameters.
  • Next click on MY CHILD NEEDS SUPPORT WITH_HPC
  • Select the appropriate remark against the given parameters.
  • Click on “Save’ after completing.

PLEASE NOTE: Campus Care will accept the feedback from Friday, 13th February 2026, 14:00 hours onwards to Thursday, 19th February, 2026 till 23:59 hours. However, you are requested to fill in the same by Monday, 16th February, 2026, 14:00 hours so that any possible glitches faced by you can be addressed by the IT department within the stipulated time.

Classes III, IV & V

Dear Parents,

This is a gentle reminder that we will be conducting our Term 2 Summative Assessments for Classes III, IV and V.
These assessments are important milestones in your child’s academic journey and we understand the significant role you play in helping them prepare and succeed in the same. I request parents to motivate their wards to appear for the tests with full sincerity and honesty. Let us work together towards helping our children imbibe values of morality, discipline and integrity. 
Pupils must carry the following on the assessment dates: 

  • a clip board to write on,
  • suitable stationery items (including colour pencils),
  • school diary, drinking water and some dry tiffin. 

Dispersal time from 16.02.26 to 25.02.26 will be as follows:

DISPERSAL

CLASSES III, IV & V  
Carpool Dispersal       10:15 a.m.
Escort Dispersal   10:20 a.m.

 

Kindly note Carpool dispersal will be from Gate No. 6 and Escort dispersal from Gate No. 1 strictly against their Escort Cards.

Introduction of German as an additional Language – Class IX

 

The school is pleased to introduce German as an additional language option for students of Class IX from the upcoming session 2026 - 2027. Students who are interested in opting for German along with English and Hindi/Bengali, may give their names to their present class teachers by Wednesday, 11th February, 2026.

  • A page opens up to the right. Please select ‘ANNUAL’ from the dropdown list.

Dear Parents,
Your ward has received the ID proforma today. You are requested to fill in your ward’s details in block letters and attach two recent passport-size photographs of your son wearing his school uniform

  • Please ensure that his name is clearly written on the reverse side of the photograph.
  • Kindly submit the completed form along with the photograph to your son’s class teacher by Monday, 2nd February 2026.
  • Do not fill up the class & section in the proforma.
  • Please ensure that all the details provided are accurate, as they will be used to process the Identity Card and the Escort Card for the 2026-27 session.

SPORTS PRACTICE
Classes – Upper KG to II

Dear Parents,

As you are aware our Annual Sports Meet has been scheduled on Saturday 7th February, 2026, we will have practice on Saturday 31st January, 2026 as per the following schedule.

Reporting time     8:00 a.m.
Dispersal time  11:00 a.m.

 

Dispersal will be held from Gate no. 6 strictly against the Escort card.

Students will come and report to their respective classrooms. They will wear their regular games/school uniform. They should carry dry tiffin, their water bottles, and the school diary on the above-mentioned date.
