Class Nursery

Dear Parents,
•    The First Term Open House for the session 2025-26 will be held on Friday, 18th July 2025.
•    Students of Nursery are to accompany their parents in school uniform. 
•    Attendance is mandatory.
•    You are requested to strictly adhere to the time slots given below:

• Entry will be from Gate No. 1 and exit will be from Gate No. 6 (Prayer Hall side).
• In case you have a child in Classes LKG to V whose slot clashes with the younger one, please inform the class teacher    to make a change in the timing latest by Tuesday, 15th July 2025. 
• A book fair by Storyteller Bookstore has been organized on the same day in the Prayer Hall. They will be offering a     10% discount on the purchase of books. Please visit the book fair.
• Dispersal will be strictly against the Escort card.
We look forward to your participation in making this a successful and fruitful interaction.

NOTICE

Dear Parents,

Please take note of the following important information regarding Friday, 11^th July, 2025 :

• Classes VI to XI will have a non-working day on account of our Founder’s Day celebration.

• Only Debate Club members from Classes IX to XI are required to attend the 26^th L. N. Birla Memorial Invitational Debate. They must report to the Senior School Library by 10:30 a.m.

• All Class XII students must report to school by 7:30 a.m. Attendance is compulsory for all.

Classes: Playgroup and Nursery

Dear Parents,

We wish to inform you that with effect from Tuesday, 1st July '25, there will be a change in the school timings for Playgroup and Nursery. The school duration is being slightly increased to accommodate extended learning time and enrichment activities for the holistic development of our students.

The revised timing will be as follows:

Playgroup - 9:00 a.m. to 11a.m.
Nursery - 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

We request you to kindly make the necessary arrangements to ensure your child arrives at school on time and is picked up as per the new schedule.

Dear Parents,
Punctuality plays a vital role in your child’s success. Arriving on time ensures they start their day calmly, participate fully in activities, and build discipline for life.
Late arrivals disrupt not only their learning but also the classroom environment. We request your support in ensuring that your ward reaches school by 8:00 am every day.
Please note:
Students arriving between 8:05 a.m. – 8:10 a.m. will be marked late.
If a student is late more than 3 times in a month, they are liable to be sent home on the 4th instance.
The school gate will close at 8:15 am, and no entry will be permitted thereafter.
A gentle reminder: As the school is located on a busy road, please ensure your child is ready to alight promptly during drop-off. Minimizing stoppage time will help maintain smooth traffic flow and ensure everyone's safety.
