Classes III, IV & V

Dear Parents,

This is a gentle reminder that we will be conducting our Term 1 Summative Assessments for Classes III, IV and V.

These assessments are important milestones in your child’s academic journey and we understand the significant role you play in helping them prepare and succeed in the same. I request parents to motivate their wards to appear for the tests with full sincerity and honesty. Let us work together towards helping our children imbibe values of morality, discipline and integrity.

Pupils must carry the following on the assessment dates: a clip board to write on, suitable stationery items (including colour pencils), school diary, drinking water and some dry tiffin.

Dispersal time from 11.08.25 to 21.08.25 will be as follows:

Kindly note Carpool dispersal will be from Gate No. 6 and Escort dispersal from Gate No. 1 strictly against their Escort Cards.

Class IV

Dear Parents,

We are glad to inform you that the school management has tied up with Investors Financial Education Academy (IFE Academy) for an exclusive Financial & Money learning programs for the pupils of Class IV. Their in-house academic experts have crafted and prepared extensive material, study courses, reading books for children.

By collaborating with industry experts, the pedagogy aims to engage children for financial awareness in a simple manner. Each month one day has been marked for the program, which will be conducted within school timings.

Dear Parents,

Please take note of the following schedule changes for the dates mentioned below:

1. Thursday, 17th July, 2025

  • Regular school for Playgroup to Upper KG and Class X.

  • Online classes will be conducted for Classes I to IX as per the regular timetable, on account of the interschool fest Odyssey 2025.

     

2. Monday, 21st July, 2025

  • Online classes will be conducted for all classes from Playgroup to Class XII.

  • Further details regarding the online schedule will be shared closer to the date.

     

3. Friday, 25th July, 2025

  • No classes will be held for Playgroup to Class X on account of Odyssey 2025.

  • Only students who are on duty, participating in the Fest or are part of the audience are to attend school on 25th July, 2025, as directed by their respective class teachers.

Dear Parents,

This is to inform all students of Playgroup to Class V that there will be an early dispersal on Wednesday, 16th July, 2025 as per the following schedule:

- Playgroup: 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM
- Nursery: 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM
- Lower KG: 8:00 AM - 11:30 AM
- Upper KG: 8:00 AM - 11:45 AM
- Classes I-II: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- Classes III-V: 8:00 AM - 12:15 PM

Kindly note that there will be no Club classes on the 16th of July for students of classes III to V.

Normal class schedule will resume from Thursday, 17th July 2025.

We request parents to make necessary arrangements accordingly.

Dear Parents,

LogIQids is an educational platform designed to enhance logical reasoning and problem-solving skills in children. The platform offers a range of learning materials and activities, including puzzles, games, and assessments, tailored to various age groups. The program aims to develop critical thinking, creativity, and analytical abilities, providing a strong foundation for future academic and personal growth. It is commonly used in schools and at home to supplement traditional education and encourage a love for learning.

Birla High School has engaged with Logiqids to bring out the best in their students and equip them with strong analytical skills and differential thinking which will form the basis of their learning.

Please note that your son has been provided with an information sheet today with their Login credentials and the details of the programme.

Dear Parents,

• The First Term Open House will be held on Friday, 18th July 2025.
• Students must accompany their parents in school uniform. 
• Attendance is mandatory.
• Parents are strictly required to maintain the time slots given below.

• Kindly ensure that your request for a change of timing in Upper Primary is made latest by Tuesday, 15th July 2025.
• A book fair by Storyteller Bookstore has been organized on the same day in the Prayer Hall. They will be offering a      10% discount on the purchase of books. Please visit the book fair.
• Dispersal will be strictly against the Escort card.
