Dear Parents,
This is to inform you that the Principal will be addressing the parents of Class X students on Wednesday, 13th August, 2025 at 8:30 a.m. in the Vidya Mandir Auditorium regarding the upcoming two-board examination system being introduced from the academic year 2025-26.
Entry will be from the Vidya Mandir Auditorium Gate No. 5. We request you to please be seated by 8:15 a.m. to ensure a prompt start.

Classes Playgroup to II
Dear Parent,
In alignment with the NEP 2020 guidelines, Birla High School has introduced the Holistic Progress Card from the session 2024-2025. This progress card offers a 360-degree, multidimensional view of each learner’s cognitive, affective, and psychomotor development. The inclusion of parent and student feedback will enhance collaboration and communication, providing a more comprehensive understanding of the student’s progress and fostering active parental engagement in their child’s education.
I request parents to note the steps mentioned below to fill up the parent and student feedback through Campus Care:
Parent’s Feedback (For classes Playgroup to II)
Please follow the steps given below to fill up the “Parents’ feedback”:
● Log in to the Campus Care portal using the parent’s ID.
● Click on “Parents’ Feedback”
● Select the child who is in Playgroup to II.
● Select Term I.
● Select the appropriate remark against the given parameter.
● Click on “Save’ after completing.
Student’s Feedback: (For only classes I & II)
Please help your wards to follow the steps given below to fill up the “Self-Assessment” (student’s feedback):
● Log in to the Campus Care portal using the Student’s ID.
● Click on “Self-Assessment”
● Select Term I.
● Select the appropriate remark against the given parameter.
● Click on “Save’ after completing.
PLEASE NOTE: Campus Care will accept the feedback from Thursday, 7th August 2025, 14:00 hours onwards to Monday, 11th August, 2025 till 23:59 hours. However, you are requested to fill in the same by Friday, 8th August 2025, 14:00 hours so that any possible glitches faced by you can be addressed by the IT department within the stipulated time.

Dear Parents,
This is a gentle reminder that we will be conducting our Term 1 Summative Assessments for Classes III, IV and V.
These assessments are important milestones in your child’s academic journey and we understand the significant role you play in helping them prepare and succeed in the same. I request parents to motivate their wards to appear for the tests with full sincerity and honesty. Let us work together towards helping our children imbibe values of morality, discipline and integrity.
Pupils must carry the following on the assessment dates: a clip board to write on, suitable stationery items (including colour pencils), school diary, drinking water and some dry tiffin.
Dispersal time from 11.08.25 to 21.08.25 will be as follows:

Dear Parents,
We are glad to inform you that the school management has tied up with Investors Financial Education Academy (IFE Academy) for an exclusive Financial & Money learning programs for the pupils of Class IV. Their in-house academic experts have crafted and prepared extensive material, study courses, reading books for children.
By collaborating with industry experts, the pedagogy aims to engage children for financial awareness in a simple manner. Each month one day has been marked for the program, which will be conducted within school timings.

Please take note of the following schedule changes for the dates mentioned below:
1. Thursday, 17th July, 2025
Regular school for Playgroup to Upper KG and Class X.
Online classes will be conducted for Classes I to IX as per the regular timetable, on account of the interschool fest Odyssey 2025.
2. Monday, 21st July, 2025
Online classes will be conducted for all classes from Playgroup to Class XII.
Further details regarding the online schedule will be shared closer to the date.
3. Friday, 25th July, 2025
No classes will be held for Playgroup to Class X on account of Odyssey 2025.
Only students who are on duty, participating in the Fest or are part of the audience are to attend school on 25th July, 2025, as directed by their respective class teachers.

- Playgroup: 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM
- Nursery: 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM
- Lower KG: 8:00 AM - 11:30 AM
- Upper KG: 8:00 AM - 11:45 AM
- Classes I-II: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- Classes III-V: 8:00 AM - 12:15 PM
Kindly note that there will be no Club classes on the 16th of July for students of classes III to V.
Normal class schedule will resume from Thursday, 17th July 2025.

The program aims to develop critical thinking, creativity, and analytical abilities, providing a strong foundation for future academic and personal growth. It is commonly used in schools and at home to supplement traditional education and encourage a love for learning.
Birla High School has engaged with Logiqids to bring out the best in their students and equip them with strong analytical skills and differential thinking which will form the basis of their learning.

• The First Term Open House will be held on Friday, 18th July 2025.
• Students must accompany their parents in school uniform.
• Attendance is mandatory.

• Kindly ensure that your request for a change of timing in Upper Primary is made latest by Tuesday, 15th July 2025.
• A book fair by Storyteller Bookstore has been organized on the same day in the Prayer Hall. They will be offering a 10% discount on the purchase of books. Please visit the book fair.
• Dispersal will be strictly against the Escort card.
