Dear Parents,
•  The Holistic Progress Card for the First Term of your ward for the session 2026-27 can be viewed online on    www.vmscampuscare.in on Wednesday, 30th September, 2026 from 11 a.m. 
Parents are to use their Campus Care parent ID to view the same. The parent ID would be the same even if parents have another ward in the Junior / Senior or Girls’ Section.
•  Please note that if you have misplaced the Campus Care parent ID/password, you need to send a mail to the   Headmistress immediately to retrieve it.   
•  You are advised to view the progress cards using a laptop/ desktop for an optimum view.
 Steps to be followed to view the online progress card: -

Step I     -    Log on to www. vmscampuscare.in

Step II    -    Type parent Campus Care ID

Step III   -    Type the relevant password.

Step IV   -    Click on the Box where the name of your ward appears. Select the name

Step V    -    Click on the ‘Academics’ Tab.

Step VI   -    Click on the ‘Evaluation’ Tab on the left-hand side.

Step VII  -    Click on ‘View’

CLASSES VI-VIII
Dear Parents,
This is to bring to your kind notice certain revisions in the assessment structure for Classes VI-VIII, which shall come into effect Term II onwards. The revised structure is outlined below:
Periodic Assessment III (PA-III)
●    Periodic Assessment III, previously conducted out of 20 marks, will henceforth be conducted out of 25 marks.
●    Periodic Assessments, which were earlier held on Fridays, will now be conducted on Mondays. 
●    Due to certain unavoidable circumstances, there will be instances when two Periodic Assessments are scheduled within the same week.

Internal Assessment – 25 Marks
The Internal Assessment shall comprise the following components:
●    Multiple Assessments – 10 marks
●    Subject Enrichment – 10 marks
●    Notebook – 5 marks

Multiple Assessments (MA)
Multiple Assessments will no longer be announced separately, as had been indicated in the earlier circular (No. 040/26-27). These assessments shall be formative in nature and will be integrated into the regular teaching-learning process. Examples of such activities can be CBQ worksheets, Viva Voce, group discussions, lab based activities, Open textbook assessments etc. 
It may kindly be noted that Multiple Assessments and Subject Enrichment activities should not be treated as tests or examinations. These are intended to encourage continuous learning and the practical application of concepts, allowing students to strengthen their understanding through regular engagement rather than through formal testing. 
In view of this change, the examination schedule for Multiple Assessment and Periodic Assessment examination, currently mentioned in the school diary, shall stand cancelled and will no longer be applicable. 
The new schedule and syllabus for the Periodic Assessment shall be communicated soon. 
Parents are kindly requested to take due note of the revised assessment structure and to extend their continued cooperation and support to the students.

FOR PARENTS OF STUDENTS CURRENTLY STUDYING 
IN CLASS VIII AND X 2026 – 27 BATCH

SUBJECT: IMMERSION PROGRAMME - UNITED KINGDOM

Dear Parents,

We are pleased to announce that an in-person immersion programme has been planned between our school and Clayesmore School - UK. The selected students of our school, along with a teacher, will be visiting the school in UK for 9 days in May/June 2027.

We request you to kindly let us know if your son would be interested in participating in this exchange programme.

Kindly note the following details which will aid you in making your decision.
•    Students from two units under Vidya Mandir Society namely SBGS and BHS will be participating in this exchange and working on some projects together. 
•    The partner school is a co-educational institution. 
•    The accommodation will be provided in the hostel facilities of Clayesmore School – UK. 
•    A certificate of participation will be given after the completion of the immersion programme.
•    The expenditure for the trip will be borne by the students. The estimated cost to be incurred by each student will be between  Rs. 2,70,000/- to Rs. 3,00,000/-. This is inclusive of airfare, visa, insurance, land cost, food and accommodation. 
•    In case the visit by the students coincides with any internal examination, the participating students will be allowed to appear for another set of examinations.
•    Mode of Payment : In 3 installments.
1st Installment : Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac) 
Balance amount in 2 installments.

As per the guidelines from the Ministry of Education, the school is updating student records on the UDISE+ portal to generate the APAAR (Automated Permanent Academic Account Registry) ID for each student.
Your ward’s Aadhaar Card number is required to complete this process. Please fill out the Google Form provided below to confirm whether your child currently has an Aadhaar card or not. We request you to submit this google form by Monday, 14th September, 2026.

•    Afternoon activities will resume from Friday, 11th September, 2026.

•    Non-working day for students of Classes VI – XII : 14th September, 2026 (Monday)
•    Non-working day for students of Class XI : 16th September, 2026 (Wednesday)
•    Non-working day for students of Classes VI – VIII : 17th September, 2026 (Thursday)

•    Teachers’ Day will be celebrated on Friday, 18th September, 2026 in the Vidya Mandir Auditorium.

•    Students of Classes VI, VII, VIII & IX will come at 07:30 a.m. on Friday, 18th September, 2026 and disperse from Gate No. 1 at 09:00 a.m.

•    Students of Classes X, XI and XII will report to school at 09:00 a.m. on Friday, 18th September, 2026 and enter the school from Gate No. 6. All students to be seated in the Vidya Mandir Auditorium by 09:45 a.m. The programme will commence in the Vidya Mandir Auditorium at 10:00 a.m. Dispersal after the programme will be from Gate No. 1.

We are glad to inform you that the school management has tied up with Investors Financial Education Academy (IFE Academy) for an exclusive Financial & Money learning programs for the pupils of Class IV. Their in-house academic experts have crafted and prepared extensive material, study courses, reading books for children. By collaborating with industry experts, the pedagogy aims to engage children for financial awareness in a simple manner. Each month one day has been marked for the program, which will be conducted within school timings.

A Small Contribution, A Meaningful Difference
 

Dear Members of the School Community,

In the spirit of compassion and solidarity, we invite our school community to come together to support those affected by the recent devastation in Nepal and, at the same time, participate in Daan Utsav – the Festival of Giving.

We request each member of our school community to contribute ₹300 towards this initiative. The contribution may be made through the ERP – CampusCare.
Collection Details:
•    Contribution: ₹300 per person
•    Mode of Collection: ERP – CampusCare
•    Last Date for Contribution: 14th September, 2026 (Monday)
Those who wish to contribute more than ₹300 may do so through an Account Payee Cheque drawn in favour of ‘Birla High School.’ For identification purposes, the student’s name and class must be clearly mentioned on the reverse of the cheque. The cheque must be handed over to the respective class teachers.
Daan Utsav reminds us that giving is not merely about what we give, but about the kindness, empathy and responsibility with which we give. Let us use this opportunity to stand in solidarity with those in need and demonstrate that when a community comes together, even a small contribution can create a significant impact.
