Greetings from Birla High School!

We are pleased to invite parents and grandparents of Classes III-VIII for an interactive session on Saturday, 12th September 2026, at the Vidya Mandir Auditorium.
Ms. Nimisha Goenka, a renowned Counselling Psychologist, will lead an insightful discussion on 'Together We Nurture.' The session will explore the challenges of contemporary parenting and offer practical strategies to help parents nurture children with confidence, empathy, and understanding. It will also acknowledge the important role of grandparents in providing love, wisdom, and support in today’s changing family dynamics.
Kindly note the following details:

  • Registration time: 10:00 a.m.
  • Kindly register upon entry and be seated in the auditorium by 10:15 a.m.
  • The session will begin at 10:30 a.m.
  • Entry & Exit: Access to the venue will be from Gate No. 5 (Vidya Mandir Auditorium Gate).

Dear Parent,
In alignment with the NEP 2020 guidelines, Birla High School is introducing the Holistic Progress Card from the session i.e. 2025-2026 for Classes III-V. This progress card offers a 360-degree, multidimensional view of each learner’s cognitive, affective, and psychomotor development. The inclusion of parent and student feedback will enhance collaboration and communication, providing a more comprehensive understanding of the student’s progress and fostering active parental engagement in their child’s education. To help smoothen the process we request you to kindly fill up the Parent Feedback through Campuscare.
I request parents to note the steps mentioned below to fill up the parent and student feedback through Campus Care:
Please follow the steps given below to fill up the “Parent feedback”:

  • Log in to the Campus Care portal using the parent’s Campuscare ID.
  • Select the child who is in Classes III-V.
  • Click on “Parent Feedback”
  • A page opens up to the right with HALF YEARLY tab mentioned on top
  • Under HALF YEARLY there are the following 2 subtabs (both have to be filled up):

    # PARENT’S FEEDBACK_HPC 

    # MY CHILD NEED SUPPORT WITH_HPC

  • Click on PARENT’S FEEDBACK_HPC
  • Select the appropriate remark against the given parameters.
  • Next click on MY CHILD NEED SUPPORT WITH_HPC
  • Select the appropriate remark against the given parameters.
  • Click on “Submit’ after completing.

Please help your wards to follow the steps given below to fill up the “Student’s Feedback”:

  • Log in to the Campus Care portal using the Student’s ID.
  • Click on “Student’s Feedback”
  • A page opens up to the right with HALF YEARLY tab mentioned on top
  • Under HALF YEARLY you will find 3 subtabs to fill up as follows (all 3 have to be filled up):

Registration for Silverzone Olympiads 2026-27
Classes III-V
 

Dear Parents,
We are pleased to inform you that our school will be participating in the Silverzone Olympiads for this academic year 2026-27 as well. This is a wonderful opportunity for students to compete at both the national and international levels in various subjects, showcasing their talents and knowledge.
Silverzone Foundation is an NGO reckoned as the organizer of the biggest and the most popular International Olympiads. Their Olympiads have reputedly created a platform for students, from all walks of life, to appear and judge their mettle at various levels of these highly appreciated competitive examinations, both on a National and International scale.  
Please find below the details of the competition being offered to the students of classes III, IV and V.
REGISTRATION IS ONLY OPEN FOR ENGLISH, MATHS, SCIENCE at Rs. 200/- per subject & STEM at Rs. 300/-.

Please note that participation in the Olympiads is optional.
Last Date of Registration: Monday, 7th September, 2026

Please find below details of the Payment Process:

  • Payments will be accepted from Monday, 31st August, 2026 -16:00 hours and will continue till Monday, 7th September, 2026- 23:59 hours
  • Payment will be collected online only through the process mentioned below: -

    I. For Campus Care Website / Portal (through laptop/desktop) users:

    Step 1:  Log on to Campus care portal via parent ID.
    Step 2: Click on ‘Personal’ Tab (On the left-hand side of the screen).
    Step 3: Click on the last option ‘event Participation’.
    Step 4: Click on the subjects in which you wish your son to appear for.
    Step 5: Check the boxes beside ‘Amount’ which you have selected and click on ‘Pay’.

    II. For Campus Care Mobile Application users: 

    Step 1: Login with Parent ID.
    Step 2: Click on ‘Utility’ tab.
    Step 3: Click on ‘Upcoming Events Participation’.
    Step 4: Click on the subjects in which you wish your son to appear for.
    Step 5: Check the boxes beside ‘Amount’ which you have selected and click on ‘Pay’.

    We encourage all eligible students to take advantage of this excellent opportunity. 

    Kindly note the dates for the Olympiads as mentioned below:

  • Mathematics Olympiad: Wednesday, 18th November, 2026
  • Science Olympiad: Thursday, 19th November, 2026
  • English Olympiad: Thursday, 26th November, 2026
  • STEM Olympiad: Tuesday, 3rd November, 2026

    These Olympiads (Level 1 and 2) will be conducted at school. Candidates selected for Level 3 will be directly notified by Silverzone regarding the venue and date.

NOTICE

Dear Parents,
This is to inform you of the following important guidelines to be strictly adhered to during the PA2 examinations commencing from 21.08.2026:
1.    No Child suffering from any illness should be sent to school to give an examination.
2.    If a student misses any assessment/periodic/unit/ class test, NO re-examination will be conducted as already stated under the assessment norms in the school dairy (Pg. 11).
Parents are strongly advised to ensure their child is in good health before sending them for examinations.

The theory examination for Information Technology will be held as originally scheduled, on Tuesday, 1st September 2026.

Dear Parents,
This is a gentle reminder that we will be conducting our Term 1 Summative Assessments for Classes III, IV and V.
These assessments are important milestones in your child’s academic journey and we understand the significant role you play in helping them prepare and succeed in the same. I request parents to motivate their wards to appear for the tests with full sincerity and honesty. Let us work together towards helping our children imbibe values of morality, discipline and integrity. 
Pupils must carry the following on the assessment dates: a clip board to write on, suitable stationery items (including colour pencils), school diary, drinking water and some dry tiffin.

Dispersal time from 17.08.26 to 26.08.26 will be as follows:

Carpool Dispersal

10:15 a.m.

Escort Dispersal

10:20 a.m.

Kindly note Carpool dispersal will be from Gate No. 6 and Escort dispersal from Gate No. 1 strictly against their Escort Cards.
