Dear Parents,

We are pleased to inform you that, as part of our commitment to fostering experiential learning and developing critical thinking and 21st-century skills, the students of Class V will be participating in an educational field trip to Indian Museum. This visit is scheduled for Friday, 9th January 2026, and will take place during school hours.

Please note the following:

  • Normal school timings will be followed.
  • The boys must come to school in their school uniform.
  • Student ID Card should be worn.
  • They must carry the school diary, water bottle and some dry tiffin.
  • Dispersal will be only against the Escort cards.
  • The students have received a Consent form for the field trip today. You are requested to fill up the same and submit it to the class teacher by Monday, 5th January 2026.

Dear Parents and Students,

The 9th edition of Pariksha Pe Charcha (PPC), the unique interactive programme of the Hon’ble Prime Minister with students and parents, is scheduled to be held in January 2026. 
To select participants for PPC 2026, an online Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) competition is being organised on the MyGov portal (https://innovateindia1.mygov.in/). Students of Classes VI to XII, and their parents are eligible to participate. All participants will receive a Participation Certificate.

This competition serves as the platform through which students and parents may submit their questions for consideration. Selected questions may be featured in the programme.

We request the students and parents to register by clicking on the above mentioned link, latest by the 8th of January, 2026.

Please note that the annual medical check-up for all our students was conducted on the school premises during the month of November 2025.

The Health Cards have been distributed to the students today for your perusal. You are requested to kindly fill in the personal details on the first page and all required information on the last page, along with your signature. Please ensure that all entries are made in block letters using a black ballpoint pen.

If your child is suffering from any specific ailment, kindly attach the relevant supporting medical document.

We request you to return the duly filled Health Card to the respective Class Teachers by Friday, 19th December 2025.

Dear Parent/Guardians,
The Annual Sports of our School will be held on Thursday, 11th December 2025 (Heats) and Friday, 12th December (Final), 2025 at ‘Gitanjali Stadium’, Rajdanga Main Road, Sector A, Kolkata 700107.
You are requested to note the following points and help us make our Annual Sports a great success. 
Reporting Time for students 8.00 a.m. at the Gitanjali Stadium (11th & 12th December 2025)
Dispersal time from Gitanjali Stadium:
On 11th December 2025: 2.00 p.m.
Class VI: Tentatively at 12:30 pm (Gate No 2)
Class VII : Tentatively at 12:50 pm. (Gate No 2)
Class VIII : Tentatively at 1:05 pm. (Gate No 2) 
On 12th December 2025: (Gate No 2)
Class VI: Tentatively at 1:45 pm
Class VII : Tentatively at 2:00 pm
Class VIII : Tentatively at 2:15 pm
Classes IX to XII: Tentatively 2.30 p.m.

(Prize winners are expected to stay back for the prize distribution.)

Attendance for the boys of classes 6 to 12 participating in any event (including March Past, Drill, Yoga, Karate, sports event etc.) is compulsory on the 11th and 12th December 2025. Strict action will be taken if any boy is absent.

   1.    All students from classes 6 to 12 participating in sports events will go to the venue directly.They are requested to carry mats to sit on the stands, not newspapers.
       2.    Students must reach the sports ground by 8.00 a.m. and will not be allowed to   
            leave before their scheduled dispersal time. Parents are not permitted to collect 
            their wards before the scheduled timings mentioned above from the venue.

       3.    Those students who are participating only in field events (classes 6 to 12)  
            must be in their House T-Shirts and white shorts.

       4.    Parents are requested to see that their wards are in proper sports uniform   
             /costumes, short haircut and clean shoes

       5.    Every student must carry his own labelled big water bottle, a tiffin box and a  
            cap. Food will be available on sale however, students should carry their own 
            food and water.

        6.    Children must not litter the playground and adjoining areas with any  
            packets or disposable items.

       7.    No student is allowed to carry a mobile phone or any other electronic  
             gadget to the ground. They should take care of all their belongings and the 
             school is not responsible for any valuables lost on the ground.

       8. Parents of all the students are welcome to the Annual Sports Final and are
           requested to be seated at the venue by 09.50 a.m. on Friday 12th December 
           2025. (Entry from Gate No 2 – Siemens side)

• The boys must come to school in their school uniform.

• Student ID Card should be worn.

• They must carry the school diary, water bottle and some dry snacks.

• Dispersal will be only against the Escort cards.

• The students have received a Consent form for the field trip today. You are requested to fill up the same and submit  it to the class teacher by Monday, 15th December 2025.
