Exchange with Chung‑Wen Elementary School, Taiwan- Class IV
The Global Exchange Programme between Birla High School and Chung‑Wen Elementary School, Taiwan fostered cultural learning and collaboration. Students from Taiwan showcased eco‑friendly projects such as solar panels, rainwater harvesting, paper recycling, and water conservation initiatives, highlighting their commitment to sustainability. In return, Birla High School presented a Rabindra Jayanti project featuring songs, recitations, presentations, and a role play based on the works of Rabindranath Tagore, celebrating India’s literary heritage. The exchange promoted environmental awareness, cultural appreciation, and global friendship, making it a truly enriching learning experience for all participants.

Exchange with Tiny Tots School, Amreli- Class Nursery
The celebration began with 22 children from four sections dressed in traditional attire, adding colour and cultural vibrancy. Students participated in a Mini Rath Yatra Walk, pulling a decorated chariot, chanting "Jai Jagannath," and spreading messages of kindness and unity. A short storytelling session helped them understand the significance of Rath Yatra. They then created paper raths using different shapes, integrating Number Work through the "Shape Your Rath" craft activity. The activity concluded with a Joyful Sharing Circle, where children shared what made them happy during celebrations.
The Partner school, Tiny Tots School, Amreli will share their videos and pictures of similar cultural festivals, promoting unity in diversity in September, 2026.

Exchange with Ramjas International School- Class LKG
The Summer Fiesta celebration saw children enthusiastically participate in a lively show‑and‑tell session, confidently sharing their favourite summer fruits, vegetables, and refreshing foods. They also created colourful mango crafts using cut‑outs, coloured paper, sponge dabbing, and thumb printing, showcasing creativity and fine motor skills. An extended activity, “Summer Cooler/Fruit Salad”, allowed children to bring their favourite fruits and prepare a refreshing cooler with their teacher’s guidance, promoting healthy eating habits and fun ways to beat the heat. As part of the Global Exchange Programme, partner school Ramjas International School, Taiwan will share similar craft and cooler activities based on their region’s favourite summer fruits or drinks after September, fostering cultural exchange and shared learning.

On World Conservation Day, students learned that Earth’s natural resources are limited and must be used wisely. They watched a video and PPT on reusing materials, creatively covered old exercise books with recycled newspapers and magazines, and decorated them with eco‑friendly designs and conservation slogans like “Reduce, Reuse, Recycle” and “Go Green, Keep Earth Clean.” Kun Shan Elementary School, Taiwan will send their work in September, 2026

On International Tiger Day (29th July) – Birla High School students drew and coloured a tiger using the number 2026, explored fun facts through a teacher‑tailored presentation, and discovered the decline of the Royal Bengal Tiger—India’s National Animal. They also took a virtual tour of the Sundarbans via Google Earth, learning about endangered and extinct species and the role of wildlife sanctuaries in conservation. Exchange with Kun Shan Elementary School, Taiwan- Class I
As part of the Global Exchange Programme with Kun Shan Elementary School, Taiwan, their students shared a video showcasing different places in their school and the activities conducted there, highlighting the good habits and values they learn. In response, our students presented a video of various locations in our school, explaining the activities carried out and the values gained, along with their positive social impact. The exchange allowed our learners to reflect on similarities and differences in school life while appreciating the importance of values in shaping responsible citizens. Students also expressed their thoughts after viewing the partner school’s video, fostering cultural understanding and mutual respect.

Japanese Exchange Program
International bonds to strengthen educational ties. Birla High School and Sushila Birla Girls’ School collaborated with Ogawa High School (Japan) as a part of their foreign exchange programme in July, 2026. It was a step to strengthen cross cultural educational and cultural excellence.
