Afternoon Classes Schedule Post Puja Vacation

Dear Parents,
Greetings from Birla High School!
Please find below the schedule for afternoon classes once school reopens after the Puja
vacation:
 27th October: No afternoon classes
 28th to 31st October: Afternoon classes will be held as per the regular schedule
 3rd November to 12th December: No afternoon classes
Afternoon classes will resume from 15th December onwards.

Classes III to V

Dear Parents,

Please note that the Silverzone Olympiads will be held for classes III, IV and V as per the schedule mentioned hereunder:

Please note the following:

• The exam will be held during school hours on the above mentioned dates.

• The boys must carry an HB pencil, blue/black ball point pen and an eraser.

• Please note that the STEM Olympiad is optional and only students who have paid for the same will appear for the examination.

• The English, Maths and Science Olympiad exams are compulsory for all students of classes III to V.

• Students will be issued an Enrollment Ticket for all the exams they will be appearing for on the day of each exam. 

• The enrolment ticket has to be kept safely for checking the students results online.

The details of the First Stage of the LogIQids Mental Aptitude Program 2025 are provided in the link given below:

Classes Playgroup - V

Dear Parents,

• The progress cards for the First Term of your ward for the session 2025-26 can be viewed online on www.vmscampuscare.in on Thursday, 25th September, 2025 from 11 a.m. Parents are to use their Campus Care parent ID to view the same. The parent ID would be the same even if parents have another ward in the Junior / Senior or Girls’ Section.

• Please note that if you have misplaced the Campus Care parent ID/password, you need to send a mail to the Headmistress immediately to retrieve it.

• You are advised to view the progress cards using a laptop/ desktop for an optimum view.

Steps to be followed to view the online progress card: -

Step I - Log on to www. vmscampuscare.in

Step II - Type parent Campus Care ID

Step III - Type the relevant password.

Step IV - Click on the Box where the name of your ward appears. Select the name

Step V - Click on the ‘Academics’ Tab.

Step VI - Click on the ‘Evaluation’ Tab on the left-hand side.

REGISTRATION FOR SILVERZONE OLYMPIADS 2025-26
 CLASSES III-V

Dear Parents,

We are pleased to inform you that our school will be participating in the Silverzone Olympiads for this academic year 2025-26 as well. This is a wonderful opportunity for students to compete at both the national and international levels in various subjects, showcasing their talents and knowledge.
Silverzone Foundation is an NGO reckoned as the organizer of the biggest and the most popular International Olympiads. Their Olympiads have reputedly created a platform for students, from all walks of life, to appear and judge their mettle at various levels of these highly appreciated competitive examinations, both on a National and International scale.  
Please find below the details of the competition being offered to the students of classes III, IV and V.
COMPULSORY REGISTRATION FOR ENGLISH, MATHS & SCIENCE at Rs. 150/- per subject. (Total 450/-)
OPTIONAL REGISTRATION (STEM at Rs. 300/-)
Last Date of Registration: Tuesday, 23rd September, 2025
Please find below details of the Payment Process:

•    Payments will be accepted from Friday, 19th September, 2025 -16:00 hours and will continue till Tuesday, 23rd September, 2025- 23:59 hours
•    Payment will be collected online only through the process mentioned below: -
          I. For Campus Care Website / Portal users:
                Step 1:  Log on to Campus care portal via parent ID.
                Step 2: Click on ‘Personal’ Tab (On the left-hand side of the screen).
                Step 3: Click on ‘Event Participation’.
                Step 4: Click on the Compulsory subjects and the Optional subject/s (which you wish your son to appear for).
                Step 5: Check the boxes beside ‘Amount’ which you have selected and click on ‘Pay’.
         II. For Campus Care Mobile Application users:
                Step 1: Login with Parent ID.
                Step 2: Click on ‘Utility’ tab.
                Step 3: Click on ‘Upcoming Events Participation’.
                Step 4: Click on the Compulsory subjects and the Optional subject/s (which you wish your son to appear for).
                Step 5: Check the boxes beside ‘Amount’ which you have selected and click on ‘Pay’.

Birla High School is organizing a Career Counselling Session conducted by High School Moms. 
 

A group career guidance session has been scheduled for parents and students of  Class IX and Class X on Monday, 8th September, 2025.
 

Reporting Time : 8:30 a.m.
Approximate Dispersal Time : 10:00 a.m.
Venue : Vidya Mandir Auditorium
 

Students of Class IX and students of Class X who do not have individual counselling sessions will disperse with their parents after the session.
