REGISTRATION FOR SILVERZONE OLYMPIADS 2025-26
CLASSES III-V
Dear Parents,
We are pleased to inform you that our school will be participating in the Silverzone Olympiads for this academic year 2025-26 as well. This is a wonderful opportunity for students to compete at both the national and international levels in various subjects, showcasing their talents and knowledge.
Silverzone Foundation is an NGO reckoned as the organizer of the biggest and the most popular International Olympiads. Their Olympiads have reputedly created a platform for students, from all walks of life, to appear and judge their mettle at various levels of these highly appreciated competitive examinations, both on a National and International scale.
Please find below the details of the competition being offered to the students of classes III, IV and V.
COMPULSORY REGISTRATION FOR ENGLISH, MATHS & SCIENCE at Rs. 150/- per subject. (Total 450/-)
OPTIONAL REGISTRATION (STEM at Rs. 300/-)
Last Date of Registration: Tuesday, 23rd September, 2025
Please find below details of the Payment Process:
• Payments will be accepted from Friday, 19th September, 2025 -16:00 hours and will continue till Tuesday, 23rd September, 2025- 23:59 hours
• Payment will be collected online only through the process mentioned below: -
I. For Campus Care Website / Portal users:
Step 1: Log on to Campus care portal via parent ID.
Step 2: Click on ‘Personal’ Tab (On the left-hand side of the screen).
Step 3: Click on ‘Event Participation’.
Step 4: Click on the Compulsory subjects and the Optional subject/s (which you wish your son to appear for).
Step 5: Check the boxes beside ‘Amount’ which you have selected and click on ‘Pay’.
II. For Campus Care Mobile Application users:
Step 1: Login with Parent ID.
Step 2: Click on ‘Utility’ tab.
Step 3: Click on ‘Upcoming Events Participation’.
Step 4: Click on the Compulsory subjects and the Optional subject/s (which you wish your son to appear for).
Step 5: Check the boxes beside ‘Amount’ which you have selected and click on ‘Pay’.

A group career guidance session has been scheduled for parents and students of Class IX and Class X on Monday, 8th September, 2025.

1. There will be no classes for students of Classes VI, VII and IX on Friday, 5th September, 2025.
2. Class VIII will have their examination as scheduled on Friday, 5th September, 2025. Kindly refer to the earlier circular regarding the same.
3. Students of Classes X, XI and XII are to report to school at 10:00 a.m. through Gate No. 1 and proceed to their classrooms for the Teachers’ Day celebration.
4. All students of Classes X, XI and XII must report to the Vidya Mandir Auditorium by 11:15 a.m. Those who are not participating in the programme must remain seated in the auditorium.
5. Dispersal for Classes X, XI and XII will take place at approximately 12:30 p.m. from Gate No. 1 after the Teachers’ Day programme concludes.

We are pleased to inform you that our school will be observing a Bagless Day on Wednesday, 27th August 2025, for students of Class V. This initiative aligns with the recommendations of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, which aims to make learning more engaging and skill oriented. Pupils will be engaged in multiple activities throughout the day that will provide them with opportunities to boost their creativity, critical thinking and problem-solving skills and teamwork.
Please note the following:
● The boys must come to school in their school uniform.
● Student ID Card should be worn.
● They must carry the school diary, water bottle and some dry tiffin.
● Please follow the requirement list (if any) mentioned by your ward’s Class Teacher.
● The dispersal will happen at the usual time and will be done against the Escort cards only.
