






















Founder’s Day at Birla High School was a vibrant celebration of gratitude, creativity, and learning, uniting students from Nursery to Class V in honoring the visionary legacy of Shri/Syt. L.N. Birla. The youngest learners in Nursery were introduced to the founder's story through pictures and crafts, culminating in a joyful school tour and hands-on activities like the Gem-Jam Cake. Classes II and III engaged in interactive storytelling, logo design, and art projects that deepened their emotional connection to the school’s values and mission. Class IV students integrated core subjects with the Founder’s Day theme—solving Math story sums, exploring historical timelines, and designing heartfelt Gratitude Cards. Class V showcased cross-curricular learning by linking academic concepts to the founder’s contributions, reflecting on cultural heritage, sustainable living, and school history through diverse subjects including Science, History, and Bengali. Across all classes, the celebration fostered pride, curiosity, and a deeper understanding of the school’s foundation and vision. Together, these thoughtful and joyful activities paid tribute to the school’s guiding principles—excellence, compassion, and integrity—ensuring that the founder’s legacy continues to inspire each child’s journey.

This was followed by an introduction that highlighted the school’s guiding vision — “Freeing the mind,” a principle deeply rooted in the ideals of its founder.
The assembly progressed with a graceful Ganesh Vandana by the students, seeking the divine blessings of Lord Ganesha. This was beautifully followed by a soulful rendition of the prayer song "Make Me a Channel of Your Peace," which resonated deeply with Shri L. N. Birla’s philosophy of harmony, compassion, and service.
The event culminated with the spirited singing of the School Song, filling every heart with pride and belonging. The assembly concluded with the National Anthem, marking a respectful end to a meaningful and reflective celebration.

Nursery students celebrated Bagless Day through joyful, hands-on learning inspired by the National Education Policy. The Letter A Parade and fingertip ant craft strengthened phonics, creativity, and motor skills through multisensory exploration. Number work focused on the number 2, featuring rhymes and matching games that built math understanding and teamwork. The Marketplace role play fostered language skills and eco-conscious thinking as children playfully engaged in a mini shopping experience. The day transformed the classroom into a vibrant space for experiential learning, sparking curiosity and delight.










Children of UKG celebrated International Plastic Bag Free Day through activities that combined learning with environmental awareness. In English, they practiced phonics using eco-friendly paper bags labeled with word families like ‘ob’ and ‘od’. Craft sessions saw students repurpose newspapers into decorated gift bags for support staff, highlighting gratitude and sustainability. The ‘Plastic-Free Squad’ led a campus clean-up and encouraged peers to reduce plastic use. The day ended with storytelling and conversations that deepened children’s understanding of plastic pollution and inspired eco-friendly choices.
