Green Day was celebrated with the theme "Little Hands, Green Dreams!" to instill in young minds of Nursery the importance of greenery and care for the environment. The school corridor was beautifully decorated with various green objects and plants,
creating a vibrant and cheerful atmosphere for the children to celebrate and enjoy Green Day.
As part of the colour recognition activity, boys were shown green-coloured objects, sparking curiosity and lively conversations among the little ones. The children were also encouraged to identify and name other green things around them such as
leaves, grass, frogs, and various green vegetables. This helped reinforce their understanding of the colour green while building vocabulary.
In line with the activity aimed to nurture respect and care for nature from an early
age, the session concluded with a visit to the Green Corner, where children spent
time exploring and interacting with eco-friendly displays, reinforcing the day's
learning in a hands-on and engaging manner.
Founder’s Day at Birla High School was a vibrant celebration of gratitude, creativity, and learning, uniting students from Nursery to Class V in honoring the visionary legacy of Shri/Syt. L.N. Birla. The youngest learners in Nursery were introduced to the founder's story through pictures and crafts, culminating in a joyful school tour and hands-on activities like the Gem-Jam Cake. The event culminated with the spirited singing of the School Song, filling every heart with pride and belonging. The assembly concluded with the National Anthem, marking a respectful end to a meaningful and reflective celebration.

Nursery students celebrated Bagless Day through joyful, hands-on learning inspired by the National Education Policy. The Letter A Parade and fingertip ant craft strengthened phonics, creativity, and motor skills through multisensory exploration. Number work focused on the number 2, featuring rhymes and matching games that built math understanding and teamwork. The Marketplace role play fostered language skills and eco-conscious thinking as children playfully engaged in a mini shopping experience. The day transformed the classroom into a vibrant space for experiential learning, sparking curiosity and delight.
Children of UKG celebrated International Plastic Bag Free Day through activities that combined learning with environmental awareness. In English, they practiced phonics using eco-friendly paper bags labeled with word families like ‘ob’ and ‘od’. Craft sessions saw students repurpose newspapers into decorated gift bags for support staff, highlighting gratitude and sustainability. The ‘Plastic-Free Squad’ led a campus clean-up and encouraged peers to reduce plastic use. The day ended with storytelling and conversations that deepened children’s understanding of plastic pollution and inspired eco-friendly choices.
On Thursday, 3rd July 2025, Class III D presented a heartwarming special assembly on the theme “Gratitude is the Key to Happiness.” Through a vibrant skit, lively dance, and a melodious group song, the students beautifully conveyed how thankfulness nurtures joy, stronger bonds, and a brighter spirit.
