Birla High School stands for the holistic development of the children, advocating their growth not only in academics but also co-curricular activities including sports, music, dance and art. The school celebrated its Annual Day and Prize Distribution Ceremony on 12th April 2024 at the Vidya Mandir auditorium, felicitating the students’ endeavour to strive for excellence in the session 2023-24. It was the time to applaud and reward the students for their sincere efforts during the previous academic session. The school honoured all its achievers for attaining a sterling record both in scholastic and co-scholastic domain. The programme commenced by invoking God’s blessings through Saraswati Vandana followed by a welcome address by the Headmistress Ms. Farida Singh and was then taken further by the comparers. The awards, trophies and certificates were conferred upon the well deserving students by the Members of the Management, teachers and parents. The Headmistress’s report and a short cultural programme were interspersed in between the prize distribution. A short elocution was presented by the students of Class V. The meritorious students were awarded with certificates and books for their Sustained Excellence in academics and Co-curricular activities. The most awaited moment of the event was the distribution of prizes for the Best Club, Best House, the Neatest Class and the Most Disciplined Class in both Lower Primary and Upper Primary section. The day provided an opportunity for parents to participate in their children's school life, witness their progress, and celebrate their accomplishments. Overall, the Annual Day showcased the efforts of the students, recognized their accomplishments and boosted their morale to excel further.
