IDENTITY & ESCORT CARD EXCHANGE - SESSION 2026-27
CLASSES II-V
Dear Parents,
We would like to inform you that your ward’s Identity Card and Escort Card for the session 2026-27 will be handed over to you on Tuesday, 31st March 2026, between 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
Kindly note the following details regarding the same:
• Entry and Exit for parents will be from Gate No. 6 (Prayer Hall Gate).
• The exchange will take place from the Prayer Hall for classes II to V.
• It is mandatory to submit your ward’s old Identity Card and Escort Card (session 2025-26) to the class teacher at the time of exchange.
• In the case of new admissions for the session 2026–27, Escort and Identity Cards will be issued at a later date. The schedule for distribution will be communicated in due course. Until then, students are required to use the temporary white Escort and Identity Cards.
• Kindly carry a pen to sign the acknowledgement sheet.
• No Identity Card or Escort Card will be handed over to carpool vendors or any other relative.
