Dear Parent,
In alignment with the NEP 2020 guidelines, Birla High School has introduced the Holistic Progress Card from the session 2024-2025. This progress card offers a 360-degree, multidimensional view of each learner’s cognitive, affective, and psychomotor development. The inclusion of student feedback is essential as it enables educators to identify areas where learners encounter difficulties with complex concepts, thereby facilitating the refinement of instructional methods and the enhancement of overall pedagogical effectiveness.
Please help your ward to follow the steps given below to fill up the “Student’s Feedback”::
- Log in to the Campus Care portal using the Student’s ID.
- Click on “Student’s Feedback”
- A page opens up to the right. Please select ‘ANNUAL’ from the dropdown list.
- Under ‘ANNUAL’ you will find 3 subtabs to fill up as follows:
* PART A LEARNER'S INSIGHT 1_HPC
* PART A LEARNER'S INSIGHT 2_HPC
* LEARNER’S FEEDBACK_HPC - Click on PART A LEARNER'S INSIGHT 1_HPC
- Select the appropriate remark against the given parameters.
- Next click on PART A LEARNER'S INSIGHT 2_HPC
- Select the appropriate remark against the given parameters.
- Next click on HPC LEARNER’S FEEDBACK_HPC
- Select the appropriate remark against the given parameters.
- Click on “Save’ after completing.
PLEASE NOTE: Campus Care will accept the feedback from Monday, 9th February 2026, 14:00 hours onwards to Thursday, 12th February, 2026 till 23:59 hours. However, you are requested to fill in the same by Tuesday, 10th February, 2026, 14:00 hours so that any possible glitches faced by you can be addressed by the IT department within the stipulated time.
