IDENTITY & ESCORT CARD EXCHANGE - SESSION 2025-26

Dear Parents,
Greetings from Birla High School.
Your ward’s Identity Card and Escort Card for the Session 2025-26 will be handed over to you on Monday, 5th May 2025, at the time of dispersal.
Kindly note the following details regarding the same:
• The exchange will take place in your ward’s classroom.
• Parents are requested to bring the old/white temporary Escort Card and ID Card to receive the new ones.
• ID Cards and Escort Cards will be handed over only to parents.
• Kindly carry a pen to sign the acknowledgement sheet.
• If your ward avails carpool services, please ensure that the Escort Card is collected from the carpool driver prior to the exchange.
• In case of any exigency, you cannot come to exchange the ID Card and Escort Card; you may authorise another person to collect them on your behalf.
• Please send an email in advance to the Headmistress, clearly mentioning the authorised person's full name.
• The authorised person must carry a letter of authorisation along with the child’s old Escort Card and ID Card at the time of collection.
• Parents are requested to exit through Gate No. 1 after the exchange.
