





11th July is the Founder's Day of our school. The students of Class IV C paid a tribute to their founder, Late Shri L.N. Birla on his birthday, commemorating his vision and aspirations that took Hindi High School to Birla High School.







The Upper Nursery students at Birla High School celebrated Rath Yatra with great enthusiasm. The children joyfully chanted “Jai Jagannath” and pulled their own decorated chariots. Additionally, they were engaged in a craft activity, creating colourful chariots using different shapes.








Students from classes III, IV and V contested in the Interhouse Quiz – ‘Brainbuster’. The event showcased the intellectual prowess and quick thinking of students.







The boys of Upper Kindergarten enthusiastically celebrated International Plastic Bag Free Day by sorting waste, identifying recyclable items, and forming a 'Plastic Free Squad' to spread awareness. They crafted eco-friendly paper bags using old newspapers and decorated them with creative techniques like bottle cap and thumb printing. These activities not only taught the harmful effects of plastic but also nurtured teamwork, leadership, and eco-friendly habits among the children.




On 2nd July 2024, the students of Class VA presented a special assembly titled "The Journey to a Happy Heart," celebrating emotional well-being. Narrators Abhiraj Chawla and Anant Zutshi introduced the audience to different emotions like Joy, Sadness, Anger, Calmness, Surprise, Fear, and Love through engaging role-plays, props, and lively performances. A heartfelt song and dance emphasized accepting and balancing all emotions to foster empathy and harmony. Each audience member received a heart-shaped card with a positive message, leaving everyone uplifted and united.






National Doctor’s Day is celebrated every year on July 1st to commemorate the invaluable contribution of Dr. Bidhan Chandra Roy in the field of medicine as well as to honour the selfless and tireless service the heroes in white coats provide in the well-being of the individual in the society. The theme for the celebration of this special occasion in 2024 is “Healing Hands, Caring Hearts” which highlights the dedication, compassion, and empathy that doctors bring to their medical practice, underscoring their pivotal role in saving the lives of the patients. The young doctors of LKG and UKG in Birla High School enacted the role of the doctor to become responsible for helping people maintain good health and providing valuable advice on living healthier and active lives.
